WNDLRND is a globally recognised nightlife event that operates in Ibiza. Combining the traditional nightlife experience with immersive decor and entertainment, WNRLND creates unique themes that delight customers.

The Brief

Operating within one of the most saturated nightlife destinations in the world, WNDLRND had achieved early success with their innovative concepts. The brand had primarily utilised support from other ticket providers and relied on traditional marketing tactics on the island. In order to truly succeed, WNDLRND, needed to drive direct sales prior to summer events taking place while remaining cost effective.

The Delivery

HotShot developed a new funnel for WNDRLND utilising top levels to engage with new users that had not previously engaged with the brand. Utilising video content from Ibiza events and highlights from previous shows, HotShot aimed to drive as much engagement within a cold audience through a wide-net, paid advertising campaign using lookalike audiences. 

 

Following this initial stage, HotShot began testing warm-lead advertisements using a number of advert sets, each utilising different copy and content. Through data-led reviews and analysis, HotShot identified the highest performing adverts to move the advertising budget towards the best performing. This stage required further lead warming through the utilisation of additional event content, artists performing and other aspects of the event that users may be interested in. 

 

Finally, HotShot developed high-impact graphics and animation that increased the drive to buy and enticed urgency within the purchase. The high frequency of adverts ensured that the event tickets were at the top of mind, prompting final ticket sales.

The Results

As summer 2019 arrived, WNDLRND had increased their direct ticket sales by over 600% and having spent £4000, achieved over £30000 in revenue, a ROI of over 7.5X!
